I-10 truck-car collision kills two women

Two women lost their lives following the collision of a semi-truck and a car, which occurred on I-10 East and Sunland Park in El Paso, Texas on Monday, May 23.

According to preliminary investigations made by the El Paso Police Department, two women, who were not identified publicly, were riding along the highway when a semi-truck driven by 27-year-old Fresno, California resident Fateh Singh crashed into them. Police said Singh was unable to control the speed of his vehicle when traffic slowed down, which caused the accident. The eastbound lanes of I-10 were closed to public traffic to make way for police investigations and maintenance crews because the collision caused caused the car to go up in flames.

The attorneys at Williams Hart have represented the victims of several serious truck accidents and know how devastating these accidents are. Our thoughts and condolences are with the families and friends of the victims as they recover from their loss.
